Canby senior Kate Hasty had an RBI triple in the first inning to jump start the Cougars' 7-0 victory over Central Catholic in the first round of the OSAA Class 6A state playoffs on Monday.
CANBY – A year ago, the Canby softball team was seeking its first playoff victory in four years.The Cougars felt they were unlucky as they continually boasted highly-talented teams.
