Canby middle school principal Joel Sebastian has joined the West Linn-Wilsonville District as principal.
Canby School District will see two big changes in its administrative leadership this year with the resignations of Joel Sebastian as co-principal at Baker Prairie Middle School and David Moore as district business manager.
