Could the city’s finance, planning, economic development, court and administration, along with Canby Area Transit, be housed in one all-encompassing area? That’s the question Canby City Administrator Greg Ellis asked the Urban Renewal Agency recently, suggesting those departments could be housed together in the lower level of the new police facility currently under construction.
