First Avenue: Do it!

Urban Renewal Agency votes 4-3 to get the project started immediately

Work could begin on the First Avenue redvelopment project as soon as late April.
A very late surge of concern didn’t derail the city’s plans to beautify First Avenue. Canby’s Urban Renewal Agency voted 4-3 March 14 to green light the project.
