The sketchy shadow of last year’s urban renewal fight over library funding raised its ugly and ill-timed head Wednesday night when Councilor Traci Hensley, citing legions of people telling her Canby’s library project is “the wrong project at the wrong time,” called for a vote on putting the project on the shelf.
